How To Order

Ordering is easy.  You just click on the 'Add to Basket' tab of the item/s you wish to purchase.  Your shopping cart will automatically update. You may delete an item or cancel your order should you make a mistake.

Payment

I only accept payment via PayPal.  It is secure and easy to use, and accepts most major credit cards and instant bank transfers.  You do not need a PayPal account to use it, but if you want to set one up, then please go to www.paypal.com.

Postage and Packing

All items are beautifully wrapped and securely packaged.

All items will be sent free of charge via Royal 1st Class Mail (UK), or Royal Mail Airmail (International) within 3 working days* of ordering.  

*Only on certain items that require making first (such as some chainmaille - stated on the individual items) will postage take longer, but this will still be within 14 days.  If you need it sooner, then please let me know before ordering and I will let you know if this is possible and give you an estimated postage date.

I will notify you as soon as I have posted your item.

Royal 1st Class Mail (UK) should take 1 - 2 days to reach you from posting date.

Royal Mail Airmail (International) should take 3 - 5 working days to reach you from posting date.

I always obtain a certificate of posting.

Insured Delivery

This is an optional extra which can be purchased from the 'Insured Delivery' tab.  (Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit if this option is not taken).  I always obtain a certificate of posting.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK).  Your items will be sent within 3 working days* of ordering.  Special delivery is then guaranteed to reach you by the next working day. 

Royal Mail Airsure (International). Your items will be sent within 3 working days* of ordering.  Airsure should reach you within 2 - 4 working days (this has online tracking facilities).

Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, please e-mail me immediately and i will offer a full refund (less postage costs), once the item has been returned in original condition within seven days.

Privacy

All payment details are entered within PayPal security parameters and cannot be accessed by anyone, including myself. 

You will not be required to enter financial details online - each transaction is securely processed by Paypal.

 

I do not store any financial details of credit card or debit card information.

I will not share any of your details (name, address etc) with anyone.
